Delete your account & data

How to request deletion

Email privacy@bowlbrain.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account.” We'll verify the request, permanently delete your account and associated data, and email you to confirm — normally within a few days and always within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile (name, email, login)
• Your arsenal — every ball, drilling, layout and surface history
• Your bags and ball assignments
• Your games, series and scores
• Your oil patterns and PAP measurements
• Photos you uploaded (ball images, imported scoresheets)
• Notification/device tokens

What is kept, and for how long

Nothing that personally identifies you is kept after deletion completes. Specifically:

• Encrypted backups may contain your data for up to 30 days after deletion, after which they are permanently destroyed.
• Anonymized, aggregated usage statistics that cannot be tied back to you may be kept indefinitely.
• Records we are legally required to retain are kept only as long as the law requires, then deleted.
